Recruitment Specialist/Recruitment coordinator(某大型知名外资企业急招招聘专员3名)。

• Providing recruiting administration and coordination in support of a group of in house recruiters;
' K U- {$ V1 Q0 o• Responsible for CV searching, CV screening, phone screening of candidates;
9 a- u( r) n; e2 I: l• Arranges interviews for relevant parties and follow up administrative details, prepares presentations as needed;
, T" |7 O, x0 E1 u0 _1 K• Participates in pre-employment background check and the on-board process for new hires, such as produce employment contracts, create employee files and maintain employee checklists with 100% accuracy;% q: v; ], W# f: \0 u9 ^
• Conducts related research; performs analyses and summarizes data to facilitate interpretation or to highlight key aspects/trends;) X# H! o# k5 p, x
• Completes special projects as required and provides back up to other recruitment team members as needed.

& B" H4 L7 q& @& b9 Y% s) ]7 I$ V' j• College or bachelor degree above;; b& R _' ~+ S r+ A
• Be good at reading/writing/Oral English and Mandarin;+ B% k4 |( @. Z& U2 T* Y* g( ^' ^. \ Q
• Strong experience with internet and intranet based ATS (applicant tracking) and HRIS systems, preferably (PeopleSoft)- I0 e; M; p4 T( d) D
• Excellent in Word and Excel, strong analytical skill;3 _( p6 x* d Z2 ] o3 e: G
• Responsible and reliable5 R$ k; E: H0 w* Z
• To apply Recruitment Specialist: 3 to 5 years working experience in recruiting, headhunting and in-house HR recruitment will be preferred;
