观自在菩萨: n) k3 v' R, z) ]. v% B2 T2 g2 F
行深般若波罗蜜多时5 I0 W4 `! o. ?% C+ I; W9 K
照见五蕴皆空度一切苦厄4 S8 T% R, v5 ^/ @- J" e
Sariputra,
" ], Z; U2 ]$ Hform is no different to emptiness,
2 P' Z3 N3 u6 r2 \/ Q; C; cemptiness no different to form.% q- w: z0 }: i8 g
That which is form is emptiness,' H+ L8 u/ V/ q; q; z7 c
that which is emptiness, form.

色不异空空不异色
! K' h) t) R C7 R6 r0 {6 x# _色即是空空即是色+ ^* O8 F3 {+ ^0 H
Sensations, perceptions, impressions, and consciousness are also like this.
% L3 E. }* C8 d9 i; y' c% N* o受想行识亦复如是1 {0 Q$ k* P! i% F7 a% U
Sariputra,
1 \2 x Z0 [/ U- zall things and phenomena are marked by emptiness;4 ]. l7 @" I P6 L0 Z
they are neither appearing nor disappearing,) f* B' X+ G0 Z& [
neither impure nor pure,! r7 k7 B0 M9 s: F, Q g$ m
neither increasing nor decreasing.1 p! m+ S! M Y# S
舍利子' ?3 |( X5 u2 x- G7 }
是诸法空相不生不灭4 i' H9 z/ ]& s; ]
不垢不净不增不减" i5 Z5 U+ K- s* j) d# Z( @
Therefore, in emptiness,
# @" P# P. d: l) lno forms, no sensations, perceptions, impressions, or consciousness;
. S0 {- o$ e% |2 V3 ?1 x7 ?3 [no eyes, ears, nose, tongue, body, mind;
& E4 h- Z9 q0 \1 m! @& Q* ]7 `是故空中无色无受想行识( c" {+ r2 @6 {2 i* ~- d
无眼耳鼻舌身意
1 c% L8 d' B9 m3 H, f" z* Y: Gno sights, sounds, odors, tastes, objects of touch, objects of mind;3 {% v; H8 D3 Y* D1 {/ F
no realm of sight up to no realm of consciousness;
) c. h7 }, i; A! q+ E无色声香味触法6 K3 y# i" I% g" c
无眼界乃至无意识界2 P9 u. q! e% ^1 _! B& \7 ^$ o
no ignorance and no end of ignorance,, i5 _! I/ G: R" z; P `2 S* y9 D
and no end of aging and death;3 G; H8 l7 U H0 P
无无明亦无无明尽
) C/ u- x' w V1 b0 S. `3 C乃至无老死亦无老死尽
$ M% a. i! _4 `no suffering, accumulation, cessation, or path;
6 |7 o- P3 {' c6 o; Tno wisdom and no attainment.4 u/ f' z; P2 ?' K9 s& W5 t1 m
无苦集灭道无智亦无得 `4 M. a1 C5 N3 y, G; c
With nothing to attain,$ ^3 M! n! }% i
bodhisattvas5 l& { v. \( R0 o2 g G3 U
rely on prajna-paramita,
8 K4 A6 c# }0 }2 cand their minds are without hindrance.

+ a: J# ~+ Y8 H `7 Z+ {2 T' U菩提萨陲依般若波罗蜜多故
7 E6 J! L n5 S$ s' E) l8 OThey are without hindrance,
) a* f5 V5 G. Z0 F, U+ D8 T% V7 vand thus without fear.5 q1 v3 o9 n' n
心无碍无碍故无有恐怖 [" b3 k5 a) }% \
Far apart from all confused dreams,1 m" k* o( u1 v# ^0 j) [* k8 {
they dwell in nirvana.& D4 V$ M- ~9 X. T3 `
远离颠倒梦想究竟涅盘0 v9 j/ }: e4 d" R- {8 [9 P
All buddhas of the past, present and future' u* u8 B* |- ? {1 g) q$ d% Y
rely on prajna-paramita,
% ~0 S5 r% a# `! B, Oand attain anuttara-samyak-sambodhi.
1 ?$ b& q$ O) U1 C三世诸佛依般若波罗蜜多故( n9 ~4 v; Q9 D* }
得阿耨多罗三藐三菩提
c6 [) m4 o' y1 e/ FTherefore, know that prajna-paramita! j- k3 x( H6 u' D, W: D# ~ W
is the great transcendent mantra, Z' e2 K9 Q6 a! R
the great bright mantra,$ s- }, l% ]! \
the supreme mantra,
' _# [' ?. N0 y6 G2 D( u1 N! vthe unequalled balanced mantra,! }9 H1 O9 o1 x! O. g' m% W
that can eliminate all suffering,% j# C E) O- r! B" S. K
and is real, not false.
# d" S" P" D; M, e: h故知般若波罗蜜多8 V1 s% ?( [. Q+ p
是大神咒是大明咒是无上咒9 b4 i3 `" L& P/ h/ a; H
是无等等咒能除一切苦真实不虚# o; g" B2 P2 V" t1 U3 Q+ W
So proclaim the prajna-paramita mantra,, V. ]. D/ ^$ q/ \- |1 Z- U, z
proclaim the mantra that says:
' R1 r1 a5 ^( F* n/ p, E0 O故说般若波罗蜜多咒
* W. _# `0 U" u& z即说咒曰
4 w0 a* Z3 r6 } i* E& n. E. [gate, gate,
2 G4 a& l4 K7 n- Cparagate,- G0 ^7 \0 p# R6 S
parasamgate,
! P5 ^( F+ T/ a9 |bodhi, svaha!; E* A- f1 j7 e; ~0 d. S% q6 ], u
揭谛揭谛波罗揭谛; [$ T# ]* Z8 D6 t$ X) W, h
波罗僧揭谛菩提娑婆诃
