以梦想中的绿色世界为前提的韩国新一代主流女钢琴家全素妍在继上次的花儿主题之后，再一次给大众带来一张充满春日温暖气息的钢琴歌曲辑<风决定了蒲公英的去向>。全素妍的钢琴演奏具有宁静、清澈的特点，每张专辑都能给大家带来放松、平静的心情，她的钢琴曲里没有任何复杂的情感故事，而是淡淡流露出来的自然气息。
在这张专辑中，全素妍首次参与了专辑中曲目的演唱，让这张钢琴演奏专辑更吸引人，让原来纯钢琴的音乐更富有魅力，由全素妍自弹自唱的一首英文歌曲的《Perhaps Love》中清新自然的琴音和全素妍淡淡的吟唱十分完美地融合在了一起，在倾听的过程中让人不知不觉沉醉在她那清雅而又细腻的声音里和她的美妙钢琴演奏音乐里。
