[转帖]2006中国大学研究生院排行出炉
<strong>清华、北大、浙大再次蝉联三甲</strong><p> 最新出版的《中国高等教育评估》杂志刊登了中国管理科学研究院武书连、吕嘉、郭石林的《2006中国大学研究生院评价》。清华大学研究生院、北京大学研究生院、浙江大学研究生院连续5年蝉联前3名。进入前10名的大学还有：上海交通大学第4名、复旦大学第5名、南京大学第6名、华中科技大学第7名、中山大学第8名、武汉大学第9名、中国科学技术大学第10名。</p><p> 与上一年度的前10名相比较，清华大学研究生院、<span class="yqlink"><form class="yqin" action="http://www.iask.com/n" method="post"><input type="hidden" name="k"/></form><a class="akey" title="北京大学" href="http://www.iask.com/n?k=%B1%B1%BE%A9%B4%F3%D1%A7" target="_blank">北京大学</a></span>研究生院、浙江大学研究生院继续以明显的优势领先全国其他大学，清华、北大、浙大保持前三名已经连续五年。上海交通大学与上海第二医科大学合并后，新上海交通大学研究生院上升到第4名。复旦大学研究生院由第4名下降到第5名，南京大学研究生院由第5名下降到第6名，华中科技大学研究生院保持第7名不变，中山大学研究生院由第10名上升到第8名，武汉大学研究生院由第8名下跌到第9名，中国科学技术大学研究生院进入前10名，吉林大学研究生院跌出前10名。</p><p> 武书连指出，本年度清华大学研究生院的得分不包括清华大学北京协和医学院的得分。他说，几年来，《中国大学评价》课题组一直关注清华大学与中国协和医科大学的关系，但清华大学与中国协和医科大学合作了几年究竟是什么关系却一直不得要领。中国协和医科大学与中国医学科学院实行院校合一的管理体制，实际是一个单位两块牌子，前不久中国协和医科大学更名为北京协和医学院，又名清华大学北京协和医学院，那么现在北京协和医学院的教学科研得分应该统计在清华大学名下还是统计在中国医学科学院名下？这需要在体制上理顺。 </p><p> 武书连强调，与前几年相比，《2006中国大学研究生院评价》的数据采集和指标权重有以下几个主要变化。</p><p> 1、国内的中文源期刊采用了《中国大学评价》课题组创建的专门用于大学和科研单位学科评价的《科学引文数据库》(Science Citation Database，英文缩写：SCD)。《科学引文数据库》采用各一级学科教学科研人员的人数比例与该一级学科期刊载文量比例相同的方法确定各一级学科期刊的入选数量。SCD的创建，使不同学科的科研人员能够在同等投稿命中率的基础上公平竞争，建立了自然科学与社会科学论文的一一对应关系，以及自然科学各一级学科、社会科学各一级学科论文的一一对应关系，实现了不同学科优秀论文数量的直接可比。</p><p> 2、降低国外期刊论文得分。考虑到目前我国学者在国外期刊发表的论文的实际质量，将SCI源期刊论文由每篇3.8分降为3分，EI源期刊论文由每篇2.5分降为1.5分。国内论文保持每篇1.5分不变。</p><p> 3、提高论文被引用得分。与高速增长的的论文数量相比，我国学者的论文被引用次数较低。为了使论文质量的评价更接近实际，将每篇论文每被引用一次由2.5分增加到3分(不含作者自引)。</p><p> 不统计A等研究生院，将全国其余普通高校研究生院的科研成果得分降序排列，并从大到小依次相加，至得分累计超过所统计研究生院得分的61.8%为止，各个被加研究生院就是B等研究生院。将B等研究生院的科研成果得分降序排列，并从大到小依次相加，至得分累计超过B等研究生院得分的61.8%为止，各个被加研究生院就是B+级研究生院，未被加研究生院就是B级研究生院。用同样的方法可以得到自然科学、社会科学、理学、工学、农学、医学、哲学、经济学、法学、教育学、文学、历史学、管理学等任何学科门类的B+级、B级。
